HOW TO: sizing and size policy

At BY.OURIELLE, my chief concern is making sure you have an optimal and satisfactory experience with my handmade custom gel press-ons.

We've moved over exclusively to 10pc kits in order to ensure perfect fit and customer happiness, and are very appreciative and grateful for all the cooperation and support.

The policy now is one MUST be sized with BY.OURIELLE sizing kits prior to nails being made. This means no MM measurements, guessing, or transferring sizes from one shape/style to another.  

You can purchase sizing kits directly from the 'sizing kit' listing or select a sizing kit from the manicure dropdown options. If you place an order with no sizing kit but appear to need one, I will ship one out to you no charge in a separate package (US domestic only).

I am still honoring free sizing kits to those who need it for financial or other reasons--please DM me on instagram for your coupon code.

If you placed an order and got your sizes in a separate package, you must reach out (email, instagram, shopify chat) to confirm your order # and the appropriate sizes. Otherwise, I cannot make your nails. I am not liable for orders left unfinished if you do not communicate your nail sizes with me.

If for some reason you need a 20pc kit (formerly known as 'complete kits'), rushed order, cannot wait for sizing kits, pay import duties, etc. please contact me and we can arrange something that is mutually beneficial. Thank you so much for your continued support!
