Products will appear after their information, source, imagery, price, and delivery details have been reviewed.
Where does ByOurielle ship?
We offer international shipping to destinations available at checkout, with the United States as our primary market. If your country or region is not available at checkout, we cannot currently ship to that address.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders require 2–5 business days for processing before dispatch. After dispatch, United States orders typically take 7–15 business days in transit, for a typical total of about 9–20 business days from the order date. Other supported international destinations typically take 10–20 business days in transit, for a typical total of about 12–25 business days from the order date.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary by product, warehouse, carrier, customs, holidays, and destination. A product-specific estimate, when shown, should be used as the more specific estimate for that item.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking information is sent when it becomes available after dispatch. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
Can I return an item?
Unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the Returns Policy. Damage or defects are handled separately.
