ByOurielle Partner Quick Start Guide

Welcome to the ByOurielle Partner Network. This guide covers the few things you need to start sharing confidently and keep your referrals properly tracked.

1. Access your partner dashboard

After approval, use the login link in your approval email to access your UpPromote affiliate portal. Your dashboard is your main hub for referral links, performance and commission information.

2. Find and use your personal affiliate link

Your unique referral link is available inside your affiliate dashboard. Use this tracked link when sending customers to ByOurielle so eligible referrals can be attributed to you.

Important: Avoid sharing a normal store URL when you want a referral to be tracked. Use your affiliate link or a tracked product link from your portal.

3. Create links to specific products

When you want to recommend a specific item, use the Get Product Link option in your affiliate portal. Choose the product or product page and generate your tracked link before sharing it.

If a coupon code has been assigned to your account, you can also use that code according to the details shown in your portal. Not every partner will necessarily have a coupon code.

4. What should you promote?

Start simple. Pick 3–5 products that genuinely fit your customers, audience or everyday conversations. ByOurielle carries products across home & garden, kitchen & dining, electronics, beauty & personal care, pet supplies, car accessories, tools & home improvement, and sports & outdoors.

You do not need to promote everything. Relevant recommendations usually make more sense than sharing a large catalog.

5. Share naturally

You can share your tracked links through social media, email, your website, messages or direct customer conversations where appropriate. Keep your recommendation clear and genuine, and make any required affiliate disclosure when promoting ByOurielle.

6. Tracking and commission

The current ByOurielle partner rate is 15% on eligible referred sales, with a 30-day cookie window. Your affiliate dashboard is the place to monitor available referral and commission information. Eligibility, attribution, cancellations, returns, reversals and payouts remain subject to the program terms.

7. Payment details

Keep your payment information up to date inside your affiliate portal so your account is ready for eligible commission payouts. Follow the payment instructions shown in your dashboard and the applicable program terms.
