These Terms of Service apply to your use of the ByOurielle storefront and to orders placed through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Products, prices, and availability

We aim to present accurate product descriptions, images, prices, variants, availability, and delivery information. We may correct errors or update information before accepting an order. Product colors and appearance can vary by device display.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is successfully authorized and we confirm that it can be fulfilled. We may cancel and refund an order when an item is unavailable, a material listing or pricing error occurred, fraud screening cannot be completed, or fulfillment would violate applicable law.

Acceptable use

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
