Where we ship
ByOurielle currently ships to the United States and Canada.
Shipping rates
- United States: standard shipping is $6.99 USD, or free on orders of $50.00 USD or more.
- Canada: standard shipping is $8.99 USD, or free on orders of $50.00 USD or more.
The available option and final charge are shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery estimates
Delivery timing varies by product and destination. The delivery estimate shown on an eligible product page includes order processing and transit time. If no delivery estimate is displayed, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and timing.
Tracking and split shipments
Tracking is sent when it becomes available after dispatch. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages and may have separate tracking numbers.
Delays, address changes, and cancellations
If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you and provide a revised date and the option to cancel the affected item for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect or you wish to cancel. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or dispatched.
Canada duties and taxes
Any applicable taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or import charges are determined by the destination. When they are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for them upon import or delivery.
