Products will appear after their information, source, imagery, price, and delivery estimate have been verified.
Where does ByOurielle ship?
Shipping is currently configured for the United States and Canada.
How will I know when an order will arrive?
Each product will show its verified delivery estimate before it is available to purchase. We do not use one storewide delivery promise.
Can I return an item?
Unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the Returns Policy. Damage or defects are handled separately.
